Our Mission
Since 1941, Young Life Leaders have been showing up at basketball games, hanging out at the local lunch spot, and building friendships with kids, all over the world. Leaders aim to strengthen friendships, family, community and church bonds and continue to pursue the world through the word of God. Young Life Leaders have been in Grand Traverse since 2008 actively sharing their mission of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Join Our Team
Staff Associate I or II/Associate Area Director
We are looking to hire an additional full-time staff to specifically lead high school and middle school ministry in our Traverse City West schools (West Middle and West Senior High). Each of these schools have been active in recent years, and we would like to see them re-established. This role is crucial to our area strategy and will impact our community in many ways. We are seeking a staff associate with vision for the future and a desire to directly impact students today.
